Login Levels

Within an organisation there will usually be a requirement for users to have different types of access rights to the system.

The Contracts Register provides varying levels of login access including:

  • User Administrator - manages the creation of new logins and access, and generally the super-user of the account
  • Contract Manager - manages the procurement process
  • Employee - originator of the contract requirement
  • External - third party, read only access
  • Read Only - no edit access
